Since 2001, the DistriMedia team has been working according to the 3-3-3 approach, which puts the customer and employee first.

Our 3-3-3 approach is characterised by three rules:

  • each task can be carried out by 3 colleagues;
  • every employee has at least 3 tasks;
  • every employee carries out these 3 tasks for at least 3 months per year.
